Ingredients: Cider vinegar, onions, dates (dates, rice flour), carrots, raisins, swede, Bramley apples, sugar, British ale (3%) (malted BARLEY, malted WHEAT, hops), soft brown sugar, sea salt, yellow MUSTARD seed and powder, garlic, nutmeg.

Ingredients:
British vegetables in varying proportions (67%) (cauliflower, courgettes, green beans, onions, carrot), cider vinegar, sugar, distilled malt vinegar, honey, smooth MUSTARD (water, MUSTARD, salt), corn starch (thickener), MUSTARD powder, yellow MUSTARD seeds, ginger, garlic, turmeric.
