What are your opening hours?

We are open Tuesday-Sunday, 9:30am-4:30pm including all Bank Holidays

Where do I park?

We have parking outside our shop, including dedicated disabled parking spaces.

However, during busy times, this area can fill up quickly. An overflow car park is available; however, in bad weather it can become muddy, so we advise that only 4x4 vehicles use this area.

Please be aware that entry to the overflow car park is at your own risk, and we are unable to tow or recover vehicles.

Kindly we also ask that you avoid parking on the verges.

What is your Christmas returns policy?

To make Christmas shopping a little easier, we’ve extended our returns period for the festive season.

Any non-food/alcohol items purchased during November or December can be returned up until 31st January for an exchange or refund, provided they’re in their original condition.

If you need any help with a return, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Are you open January and February?

🎉EXCITING NEWS!!! 🎉 Due to demand, Diddly Squat Farm Shop is now going to be OPEN during January and February.

Do you accept cash payments at the farm shop?

We’re card-only at both the Farm shop and the pub shop, so we’re not able to accept cash.

What are the transportation options to get to Diddly Squat Farm Shop?

By Car:
We’re located at 5-12 Chipping Norton Road, Chipping Norton, OX7 3PE.

By Bus:
The X9 Bus runs between Witney and Chipping Norton with a stop near the shop. Please check the timetable for specific departure times.

By Train:
The nearest train station is Charlbury, with direct services from Oxford and London Paddington. From there, you can take a bus from Charlbury village or a taxi directly to the farm shop. Please check the timetables for specific departure times.

By Taxi:
As we’re in a rural location, taxi services are limited, so it’s a good idea to plan and book ahead!

How do we book a table at the pub?

Please visit the Farmers Dog website.

Will Jeremy and Lisa be at the shop?

Jeremy and Lisa try to get to the farm shop as often as they can, however, with the nature of life on the farm, their schedules are often busy and unpredictable

Our customer support is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK time). We may take a little longer to respond over the weekend, but we’ll get back to you as soon as we can during our working hours.

Do we need to book to visit the Farm Shop/Big View Café?

No need to book, just turn up. Our amazing team will be on hand to help if you have any questions or queries on the day

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship most of our products worldwide, excluding any food and Alcohol items which we ship to the UK only.

Has my order been processed?

You will receive an email confirmation to show that your order has been received and we will process the order shortly after we receive it. If you haven't received the order confirmation, please contact orders@diddlysquatfarmshop.com

Do you offer Gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards. However, we are exploring the possibility and will update our Diddly customers when this option becomes available.
