Enamel-coated metal.

Hand washing with warm water and mild soap is strongly recommended to ensure the longevity of your enamel mug. Not safe for microwave use. After washing, dry thoroughly with a towel immediately to help prevent rust spots from developing. If the enamel coating becomes chipped and the metal underneath is exposed, the mug should be discontinued from use.
