Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.Honey is a natural product and, as such, may crystallise. Crystallisation will cause the honey to appear paler, solid and slightly gritty, this is completely normal. Should crystallisation occur, place the jar in a bowl of warm water until the honey returns to its original state.
