1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Emma Bridgewater Ltd, Factory Works, Lichfield Street, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire ST1 3EJ ("Emma Bridgewater") and Diddly Squat (details)
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Emma Bridgewater Ltd, Diddly Squat Farm, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on Friday 5th June and closes at 11:59pm BST on 12th June.
Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

Complete the email sign up form on the competition landing page hosted by Emma Bridgewater.
All three steps must be completed for an entry to be valid.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a hamper containing:
4 x Emma Bridgewater x Diddly mugs
1 x pair of Diddly green tractor socks
1 x box of Diddly Dunkers Honey & Oat
1 x Diddly tractor cap
1 x pack of Diddly Little Turds (chocolate-covered honeycomb)
Total prize value: £147.60.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. Emma Bridgewater reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing.
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided during sign-up.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Emma Bridgewater reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees that their first name and county may be used by Emma Bridgewater and Diddly Squat Farm for the purpose of announcing the winner.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
